NEW CUSTOMERS:
If you are interested in a carrier, please place an online order and we will fill orders on a first come first serve basis. We are currently back-ordered but are working to resolve this matter. This will likely be our last production cycle for this product, so once all carrier parts inventories are used, we will notify customers whose orders we are not able to fill. Please note that we do not run any credit card information until an order is shipped. EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
We are currently transitioning production of remaining carriers to a new vendor in an effort to meet our commitment for existing orders. We will be training production personnel over the next two weeks and expect to begin soon thereafter. We will fill orders as rapidly as possible. Orders will be filled in the order that they have been received.

The Moto-Pets team is grateful for the support and encouragement received over the years from its motorcycle-and pet-loving customers. After investing years of time and effort and substantial financial resources, we are sad to say that we are not certain if production of the Road Hound motorcycle pet carriers will continue. We are currently exploring options to keep the product on the market and are hopeful to find a solution.
